At Diggs, we offer free shipping with every order.* The shipping method for your purchase is based on the product's size and destination. Smaller items within the U.S. tend to ship via USPS, while larger items and items shipped to Canada tend to ship using UPS or Fedex.
To track your Diggs order after it has been shipped, visit our Order Tracking page or click the button below.
Your order will leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days for our warehouses or shipping partners.
Once shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, your order should arrive within 3–6 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it’s ready to be dispatched.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the 6th business day, please reach out to our Care Team at help@diggs.pet for assistance.
Unfortunately, our Care Team cannot modify the shipping method or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. We appreciate your understanding!
DIGGS ships orders to all 50 U.S. states and Canada.
At this time, we’re unable to ship outside the U.S. and Canada. However, we’re working hard to expand our shipping options in the future!

No, you do not need to be home for delivery.
A signature is not required; however you can reach out to the shipper directly to request the package be held at a local facility for pick up if you have delivery concerns.
