Shipping:
- Free standard shipping on all orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered 3–6 business days after shipping.
Return Policy:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.
- Upon approval of your return request and receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Crates are subject to a Return Shipping Fee ($30 for Evolv, $50 for Revol) + $22.43 Restocking Fee.
Final Sale Items:
- All non-crate products and items purchased as Clearance or Refurbished are final sale and not eligible for return.
- At DIGGS, pet safety is our top priority, and due to sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns for these products. We appreciate your understanding.
