The staff was very helpful and kind in fulfilling my order and ensuring it shipped out as quick as it can. They even monitored it with extra care and checked in with me to ensure arrival. Crate assembly was very easy to follow with the provided instructions. Took at most 10 minutes to put together. My pup has settled into his new bed instantly upon assembly and feels very safe in it. United StatesWe love the diggs crate for our pup for many reasons! It was extremely easy to set up and we love the ability to adjust the size of the crate as our puppy grows. The crate looks great in our home also. Even our puppy who was at first very adverse to crate training is starting to love it as well!
United StatesThis kennel is gorgeous. Well thought out and designed to perfection. It is beautiful and sturdy. The cost was high and I am not going to say "worth it" because I do think it is over priced, but I would buy it again. I want my dog in a good "bed" and it should last for her entire life. 16 years at least. Thank you!!
