USI love this crate! I originally purchased it when my dog (female rottweiler) was a puppy because I liked the style of this crate. It was a little pricey for me but I wanted to invest in a crate that not only served its purpose but also looked great. The Groov tool was also a big help in crate training. I love the multiple openings, and the way it folds/wheels makes it easy to move around. When my dog grew full size, she did break the crate tray, and Diggs' customer service team was an amazing help; they sent me a new tray and offered solutions to help combat the issue.

First night in their Revol it was a peaceful 7 hours and since (2 weeks) each night has been the same. These are awesome I would recommend them highly
United StatesFirst of all, this is hands-down the best dog crate that I have ever owned. The only issue that we have had was with the tray cracking over time because of the bars that run along the bottom of the crate. When I reached out to customer service, they promptly sent me a new tray and told me that they were working on a fix for the problem. True to their word, they developed an underlay that the tray will sit on that fixes the problem of it eventually cracking overtime. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the customer service that they provide! You are truly top notch!
