We purchased a refurbished kennel in the intermediate size and it looks and works great. The kennel did have a few broken clips but the company sent a whole pack of extra parts so we had everything we needed. We watched the how to set up video on line and had the kennel in place for our new puppy the day we brought him home. It looks great and works well for our pup. It is the best kennel we have ever purchased.
