Shipping:
- Free standard shipping on all orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered 3–6 business days after shipping.
- Please note: Extra Large Evolv comes in 2 boxes.
Return Policy:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.
- Upon approval of your return request and receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Evolv crates are subject to a $30 Return Shipping Fee + $22.43 Restocking Fee.
Final Sale Items:
- All non-crate products and items purchased as Clearance or Refurbished are final sale and not eligible for return.
- At DIGGS, pet safety is our top priority, and due to sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns for these products. We appreciate your understanding.
All refurbished crates have been thoroughly inspected to ensure they are functional and meet our strict safety standards.
Refurbished crates may arrive with small aesthetic defects - such as small paint defects, scratches, & white marks - and the outer box may arrive with visible wear, which could include scuffs, dents, or tears.
We recommend sterilizing your refurbished products upon arrival by using a gentle cleaner with warm water, and allowing to fully air dry before use.
Refurbished crates come with a 6 month limited warranty on parts and pieces, and are not able to be returned (Final Sale). Refurbished products are not eligible for further discounts, such as promo codes or sales.
