United StatesThe Snooz pad is very thick/comfortable and fits the crate perfectly as expected. It washes well and is easy to get on and off because of the large zipper opening. The fabric has nice weight and is aesthetically pleasing. Ours did tear at the seam on first use from our dog scratching. Customer service is sending a replacement, but they made an exception as tears from scratching are not typically covered. I would ONLY use this pad with a full crate trained dog due to durability concerns … my dog was not scratching hard or long and the cover still tore easily.
