United StatesThe Revol kennel is well made and extremely durable. Given that dods will chew things they shouldn't and our French Brittany decided to naw on the door latch assembly. This was definitely not a warrantable issue, however Diggs snet me a doore with the latch assembly at no charge. They went above and beyond and really did not have to. Thank you Diggs.

United StatesI found an issue with my door on my Revol slightly after the warranty period. I reached out and they sent me a new door at no cost. I was very impressed with the customer service level. I asked for instructions on how to replace it and they immediately sent those as well. Great product and great experience! These kennels are definitely worth the money.
