Amazing Customer Service

We received our Diggs Crate with a faulty side panel (shipping issue). I immediately contacted Diggs via email and they responded next day. They sent me another side panel free of charge and fixed my problem immediately. Can’t say enough how wonderful this team is.

Love our new Diggs Crate - and so does Banyan!

Easy to set up and the Diggs team sent out a new part immediately once we alerted them to the issue on arrival of the shipment. He loves his new home. Thanks for taking such good care of us and our sweet new pup!

Analysis of dog crate

Awful!!!!!!!!!!!! The unit has serious design and construction problems and doesnot fit together properly. The unit did not fit at all and fell on our dog.
