Love this company!

I have three crates from this company. I've had to replace trays. They sent me new one no questions asked. I absolutely love this company and will not hesitate to buy from them. I'm a Rhodesian Ridgeback breeder and I recommend them to all of my puppy buyers!

Replacement Part

My puppy loves his crate, it was unfortunate that tray was broken but customer service was great replacing it very quickly and my puppy is happy and safe sleeping in his crate.

Tray replacement

The bottom part you sent us to be a brace under the tray did not work he would clamp in which left the kennel crooked we couldn’t use it . We hope the new tray holds out . Our dog is a 55 lb boxer

My Diggs Revol dog crates are amazing. I love that the side door opens. My dogs love them. The tray is perfect now that it has been replaced with a better system
