United StatesI purchased the Large Revol crate in June of 2022. it has been the best crate. it is quiet and sleek with three door that have met the changing needs for Dallas, our two year old, 70 pound boxer. I noticed that there was a crack in the bottom of the tray pan. I emailed the support team who responded in minutes that they were looking into and would reach back out shortly. Two days later I received an email letting me know that they would be shipping a replacement tray. It arrived in three day. Great company, hard to find companies that still stand behind their products! Melisa P

United StatesCustomer service responded immediately. Very happy with result. Product expensive but really nothing else like it out there. Just wish you had sales for the large crate.
United StatesCustomer service was great. The first tray cracked within days of receiving and using the product. Customer service was able to get the warranty done and ship a new one in less than 24hrs. They also sent some foam bar covers. I don’t think it’s a good long term solution but it’s working for the moment.
