I originally bought the medium so she could go in with my sister’s puppy, and ended up also buying the small to keep in my bedroom. Love it! United StatesLove this crate. As far as calling it refurbished, it must just be a product return because nothing looks used. Love this. The garage door opening on the side makes it a home and never a place to be locked in. We leave the big door open during the day when we are home and our pup considers it her space to nap or get away. We never used it as a place a for punishment or isolation.
