The crate arrived in a damaged box that had been taped oddly. Once opened it was clear it had been used and broken. When I reported the damage and asked that a replacement for the damaged side piece, they instead sent me pieces to screw on to replace the broken pieces-- and did not offer an explanation, nor any reimbursement for the fact we paid for a new crate and received a used broken one and were expected to ourselves repair the damaged piece. We were return customers. Not any more.
