Customer service was amazing! They sent a replacement cover to my dog bed bc the zipper broke on the original cover. I love the product and the fact that they stood behind a purchase that was only a few weeks old was SO nice. This bed fits perfectly in the Diggs crate and we LOVE that as well. It washes very well, and it is easy to take off the mat and put back on. I would recommend the whole Snooz for anyone who wants the best for their furry friend.
