I found an issue with my door on my Revol slightly after the warranty period. I reached out and they sent me a new door at no cost. I was very impressed with the customer service level. I asked for instructions on how to replace it and they immediately sent those as well. Great product and great experience! These kennels are definitely worth the money.
My very anxious 13 lb. multipoo clawed and chewed the white crate door and latch until the paint fell off. Being in Florida, the metal began to rust in the humidity. Sammy is a 13 year old rescue. I discovered that he was DEAF! After reading "How to Care for a Deaf Dog" I moved his crate to the living room where he could actually SEE me go out the front door and know that his pitiful howling, and clawing the crate door would be unproductive. I wasn't just in another room; I was gone! Thankfully I have the beautiful Diggs Revol white crate that blends right in with a Florida beach setting. But one with a very unsightly door! I requested a replacement door assembly and received it very promptly. Installation was easy. Sammy loves his crate.
Our first crate latch was sticking and our puppy was able to push her way out. I contacted Diggs and after I sent them a video of the issue they mailed us a new door assembly. It was a little tricky getting the screws in but the replacement did take care of the problem and we were very impressed with the professionalism and speed it took to resolve our problem. Our puppy loves her crate and never complains about going in so we’re super happy with our decision to purchase the Revol crate from Diggs!!
