Bought item based on Rachel Fusaro YouTube videos. Very easy to fold/open. Indestructible to little puppy teeth. A little on the heavy side however would buy again.

United StatesI wanted a Diggs crate after watching soooo many YouTube videos recommending it but honestly, the price was a deterrent for me. When I learned they sold refurbished crates (and with excellent reviews), I jumped at the chance as soon as they were in stock. I got the color wanted (Ash), it came perfectly packaged (could not tell it was refurbished) and shipping was very fast. As far as I can tell, there is no difference between new and refurbished. It worked perfectly and was easy to set up. Instructions and handy information was included. It was packaged with care for sure. My puppy will be home soon and I am so glad I will not have anxiety having to buy those typical wire cages. The Diggs crate is amazing!
United StatesMy refurbished Revol looks brand new! Everything opens and closes easily and the wheels are great for moving around the house.
