CanadaOur new puppy Minnie has been enjoying her new Pillo since she came home with us. Sadly she had to spend a few nights at the emergency vet, and when we needed a cover replacement, the team worked with us to replace it so we could keep our girl healthy. I can’t say enough how good the team has been to us through our purchase of the Pillo (and the Revol crate which we love). If you need anything, they reply by text right away (which can be rare these days)! We have become loyal customers very quickly. Thanks Diggs!
United StatesI purchased the Pillo and shortly after began having issues with tearing etc. Diggs reached out to me within 24 hours and made it right immediately. Excellent customer service was provided. All companies should strive for their level of excellence. They stand behind their products!
United Statesit is a doggie fave in our house….not as comfy as our memory foam mattress but nice and allows the dogs to fluff it up a bit which they love.Diggs is wonderful from the exceptional products to the equally exceptional cusroner service
