United StatesDiggs is an amazing brand - their products (crate, bed, bowls) are sleek, modern, sturdy, well-designed, functional and comfortable. I was looking for a create that would blend in with the contemporary aesthetic in my home as we knew we were going to be using the crate for our dog for a long time. I've used traditional metal collapsible crates before and while they're fine functionally, I wanted something cleaner and sleeker. I love how the Diggs crate can be opened from multiple sides as well as from the top and how the accessories like the clip-in bowl fit in seamlessly. I especially love Diggs customer service -- my dog has anxiety issues and chewed the plastic clip that attaches the bowl to the inside of the crate so we couldn't attach the bowl anymore. I contacted customer service and while their warranty does not cover pet-inflicted damage to their products, they still sent me a new clip and bowl! I am so grateful as now we can reattach the water bowl to the crate on the inside.
