United StatesGreat design, nice looking for a dog crate, very well made, easy to put together. Like the option of being able to access it from the top, and the garage door is a really great feature. Arrived very quickly, although one box was delivered one day and it showed that both had been delivered, but customer service was quick to respond and give me a new tracking number for the second box, which arrived within a day or two. Overall, great experience and great product!
United StatesHonestly, I had a defect issue with my first Diggs crate. I immediately called the customer service support center. They were empathic and immediately address my issue by asking me to send pictures or a video of my concerns and or issues. After they received my video they immediately contacted me saying they apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and shipped me out a new Diggs crate!! �❣️ I can't say enough that customer service can make or break a business! Diggs definitely got it right! �❣️ Thanks you Diggs❣️
