I will always purchase from Diggs. The reason I purchased new one is because I wanted a larger one with a mattress.. and he immediately adjusted to it..
United StatesMy overall experience was great! I had originally wrote an email to find out how I can purchase the tray to see if it was replaceable because ours had cracked. Unbeknownst to me our customer service rep Dulce asked a couple simple questions and then he let me know that it was still under warranty!! Dulce contacted the Warranty team and filed the claim for me!! I didn't have to do a single thing. The warranty team then sent us a brand new one!! I had know idea and didn't realize they would still cover it. Great customer from Dulce and team! I am beyond thankful my baby girl is sleeping comfortably and safely this Christmas!! United StatesI am very pleased with the Resolv crates I purchased. I breed and train dogs and these crates are perfect for crate training a puppy. I like that they come with a divider so I can make the space appropriate size and still have room for them to grow.
United StatesThe revol is an excellent crate, it’s versatile with its collapsible feature, so I can break it own in a pinch and easily put it flat in my truck bed while still having room for other stuff, and when it’s up most of the time in our home, it’s a stylish and solid home for our golden retriever. The garage door style opening is also great, we’ll have that open in the evenings sometimes and our dog really seems to enjoy hanging out in there while also knowing she’s free to roam around. Wonderful product and considering it’ll be used for the entirety of her life it’s money well spent.
