United StatesLast year we had purchased a Revol crate for home use for our Bernedoodle, 40#. We were so impressed how easily it went together and taken down. We then decided that we needed a travel crate (Revol) because we travel across the U.S. several times a year and didn't feel a "seat belt" was the answer. After our purchase came, it was so easy to inflate and then to take down which made it easy to taken into a motel, etc. without much effort. We definitely feel that she is so safe in her crate when traveling. We had an issue with the travel crate but were totally surprised at the customer service and help we received. Don't hesitate to purchase from Diggs, you'll be very pleased!!

United StatesI've now done a few cross-country trips with my dog, and this innovative kennel makes it very enjoyable. My dog doesn't resist jumping into this kennel like he has done with others, and I can tell he finds it comfortable because he falls asleep quickly. Also, it is very convenient to inflate the kennel once I get to the car, rather than lugging a hard plastic kennel down a high-rise elevator to a parking garage. Lastly, Diggs' customer service is great. I contacted them about an issue, and they were refreshingly prompt and professional.
