United StatesI ordered a small Evolv crate from Diggs in Oct 2024 when I welcomed home my new pup Millie. She is a micro mini golden doodle. I used the divider until last week. The crate was very easy to assemble - no tools were needed. When I had to remove the top part to remove the divider last week - it only took about 2 minutes. Very easy! The crate is heavy duty - and does weigh a bit -so not for moving around. Millie is very comfy in the crate. The door is a bit tricky - broke a nail initially - but I got used to it. Friends and family visiting over the holiday were all very impressed with the crate. My dog trainer form Say it Once Dog Training comes to my home for private sessions and was also very impressed with this crate. It looks really nice and is super functional. Would be great if you sold crate covers to fit as an accessory. I liked the crate so much that I purchased a 2nd one today to keep on another floor of my home. Alexandra from the Customer Service team was super nice and helpful via the chat.
United StatesThis crate is great. The materials makes it warm, comfortable, and very easy to clean. We purchased it for our 9-week old puppy, who is now 6 months old and weights almost 10lbs. We (and he) loved it from day one. The crate is easy to assemble and easy take down. We recently went on a trip and took it with us. Our dog was happy. We ran into a small issue when one of the plastic interlocks broke during the trip. Fortunately, we were able to replace it by using the spare parts that come with the original product. I have to say that the crate, once put together, is a bit heavy to lift and move around so we placed it on a soft matt so I can slide it from the bedroom to my home office (our floors are not carpeted). Adding wheels could be a nice-to-have in case you have carpeted floors and need to move it from one room to another. Customer service at Diggs is fabulous! They respond quickly and are always willing to answer our questions, help with information, and solve any issues in the best possible manner. We recommend this crate and Diggs products 100%
United StatesI originally came across this brand looking for a sturdy kennel option. My dog is trained but also has a fair amount of anxiety. He slithers his way out of every run of the mill metal wire option we’ve purchased. We were so afraid he was going to hurt himself. This was easy to assemble, he can’t open the latch mechanism and he’s calmed down considerably since we’ve gotten it. He even lays in it open during the day. Everyone is much happier!
United StatesFor my Belgian I opted for this crate. She is very well trained and loves her crate - just needed more room and breathing space. I bought the Evolv and it was my first purchase from Diggs. I was actually shocked at how well designed this product is; Diggs has, IMO, rewritten the book on how to engineer and design a dog crate. It’s not just the looks (fantastic but not something I even care that much about), it’s the way each individual component is made, the way they each fit to one another, and the way the clamps/corners are assembled into the unit. This crate is extremely well made, QC at the plant is obviously very important, and equally as important, the thing just WORKS. I doubt my dog will challenge it physically, but if she did, I am confident that it would hold her. In addition, the instructions are actually correct and simple. And for those without tools or limited mechanical skills, have no fear - this thing goes together in about 10 minutes with zero tools other than your two hands. Highly, highly recommend this product.
