United StatesSo far it works like a charm, does what I want, and my girl loves it! It’s a little smaller than the crate she had previously but that didn’t bother her one bit. The only downside is that the door hasn’t been closing properly, it’s slightly lifted making me have to pull it down a bit before it secures shut. Could have been dropped or fell during shipping. I have yet to reach out to diggs so will update after.

Our dog loves the garage style door when he just wants to lay in his crate. We also love the convenience of how easily and quickly it folds up to move around the house and or to travel. The customer service is unmatched and they go above and beyond, and stand by their word, 100%. After doing a lot of research, I definitely made the right choice and couldn’t be happier with our dogs new “Diggs”!
United StatesPreviously, I had a basic black mesh dog crate for my dog, which was an eyesore but was easy to pack and move around. After looking at various different options, I went with the Large Revol Crate because it was the only one on the market that not only looked good but still was capable of being packed and easily moved (I needed to move my dog to my room when we have guests instead of where he normally sleeps). I have used this crate for more than an year with no issues. It doesn't pack as compactly as normal crates, but has wheels which help with moving. It looks quite good for a dog crate (I was trying to find something that looks more like a dog house but couldn't find anything that could be packed and moved). Recently while cleaning the pad on top, I noticed that the tray had cracked (didn't realize there was a crack earlier due to pad on top). Reached out to customer care and they immediately sent out a replacement tray along with additional support to prevent similar issues on the new tray. Overall, I highly recommend this product. Also recommend buying the pad that comes with the create. My dog will only sleep on beds from Diggs because they are relatively thin, which my dog likes.

United StatesWe got the large, which is pretty expensive, but WORTH EVERY PENNY! Very sturdy, and love the doors open in multiple ways. It also fits our interior aesthetically (looks expensive). CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST.
