United StatesWhen we got a new puppy I purchased a crate, bed and bowl from DIGGS. The crate and bowl have been perfect however my small puppy destroyed the bed while in the crate for 1 hour. I reached out to customer service and they were happy to work with me, they recommended the pillo dog bed. It is a game changer, if your dog digs or bites, this is the bed for them! When it came Rex immediately laid on it and then started digging but he has not made a mark. Highly recommend DIGGS brand in general!
My three-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ryder, has been quite the chewer as his puppy teeth come in, which has led to some destructive behavior when he’s left alone. He managed to destroy the Bolstr Dog Bed, but Diggs generously offered to replace it with the Pillo Dog Bed, given that it was designed for its durability and tough exterior. Their customer service was fantastic; they provided much more assistance than I expected or requested. Ryder now has a comfortable bed in his Diggs crate that he hasn’t destroyed, and he absolutely loves burrowing in it to find the sweet spot daily! I highly recommend this product.
